Purchased a beautiful crucifix bracelet which was blessed by the Pope and came with a certificate to authenticate the blessing. Delivery to the UK was within 3 days but cost was very reasonable given that it was coming from Italy. Would happily use them again.

The store is incredible with a huge variety of items with varying prices. I was huge disappointed though as I asked to have the items blessed by the Pope and the clerk who waited on me said everything was already holy since they are in the Vatican - which they are not. I would gladly have waited to have the blessing done for the items I purchased.

Very disappointed with the customer service.

I received the two items I ordered, but the complimentary gift was missing, and there was no certificate confirming that the items had been blessed by Pope Leo XIV.

When I contacted customer service, Maria Antonia told me that I had not requested the blessing and insisted that I had received everything I ordered. So, I would have to pay for the return shipping.

For me, this response shows a complete lack of empathy and customer care. It is certainly not the kind of treatment I expected from a company that sells religious products.

I will definitely be returning my order. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this website.

My son was very pleased with his crucifix pendant It is very beautiful Just the right size and quite detailed.. The silver chain was the perfect length, though it was very thin and he's concerned as to whether it's strong enough, but it seems to be okay. The postage was very expensive, but understand that because the item was silver it was important that it was safely delivered , and it was delivered safely and on time.

The two rosaries are gorgeous. Thank you for doing such wonderful work. The olive wood and silver rosary is delicate and quite beautiful in its simplicity, and the silver and hematite rosary is elegant and sparkles each time that I see it. They give me guidance and a sense of peace when I use them, and they have added some true inspiration to my collection here in America. Bless you all!

A unique gift blessed by the Pope with a personal blessing is something I could only find here. The shipping to the US was in 2 days. Unbelievably fast. And when I had a small problem with one item they replaced it immediately. Excellent customer service!

The rosary is nice. The plastic box not so much. I wish I had known about the cheap looking gift box. Also I paid extra for the gift bag which was a bit tattered. The blue color on the bag was a little worn off on the creases and I won’t be using it. Oh well.

Al llegar a casa, me di cuenta de que el rosario que había adquirido tenía un pequeño defecto de fabricación, ya que le faltaban algunas cuentas y no lo había detectado en el momento de la compra.

We visited the store on March 15th. Bought some wonderful gifts. We did have one disappointment. We bought two gift cards and postage, addressed the cards and dropped them in the small yellow mailbox where we were told they would be picked up and mailed home to us.
Today's April 30th and we never received the postcards. The cards cost the least amount of money, but probably meant the most to us.

My husband bought the same pendant when we were at the Vatican in 2012. It has tarnished after daily wear. I wished to have a new one and found you on line. Thank you. This is beautiful. I will wear it daily as a reminder of our trip and to reflect my faith in the Lord.

Brilliant! Ordered on Saturday afternoon and asked for a blessing. Presumed we would have to wait the week for that to happen - but no - the gifts were blessed the following day and we received our parcel two days later with a lovely blessing included! Can’t wait to give our baptismal gift! Thank you!

I purchased several items for my grandson's Baptism. They are beautiful. I also received a blessing from Pope Leo for my grandson. Everything was packaged in giftable boxes and shipment was extraordinarily fast from Rome, IT to USA. Great customer service too.
