SAINT ANDREW - STATUE - RESIN

Saint Andrew was the first to recognize Jesus as the Messiah, and he spent his whole life preaching the word of God. Following the traditional iconography, he is represented standing next to a X-shaped Cross. The Saint, who died as a Christian martyr, requested to be crucified on a cross different from that of the Savior, as he considered himself inferior to Christ. Patron saint of sailors, fishermen, he is invoked against sudden death.
