The terms "www.savellireligious.com" and "Savelli Religious" mean the Savelli Arte & Tradizione srl portal and will be so defined whenever used.

The expression "contract" means the contract of purchase and sale entered into between Savelli Religious and the Buyer in the e-commerce sales system, i.e. through telematic tools, organized by Savelli Religious.

These Terms of Sale set forth the terms and conditions that will apply to the purchase of merchandise through www.savellireligious.com. 

If you cannot understand or have any questions about these Terms of Sale, please contact us using the contact information listed in the "Contact Us" section below. Before submitting an order, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Sale. Before submitting an order, please save or print a copy of these Terms of Sale to keep for future reference to the order you are submitting. Note that the conditions are subject to change, so you should review and save or print a copy of these conditions before each order you submit.

  1. ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

If you would like to order merchandise, you can use the order process on our site to place an order.

Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise from us. Orders are subject to our acceptance and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order, including where:

  • Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided to us, for example, where you provide us with an incorrect payment card number, expiration date or card security value number; incorrect billing information (e.g., where the billing information you provide is different from the information that the bank or building society which issued your payment card has on record); insufficient or an incorrect shipping address (i.e., street address, city, country or postcode); fraudulent information; limitations in shipping to your region.
  • There is an error on our site relating to the merchandise that you have ordered, such as an error relating to the price or description of the merchandise as displayed on our site; the merchandise that you have ordered is no longer available through our site.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will send you an email to the email address that you have provided to us informing you of the reason. If you placed an order by telephone but did not provide us with an email address, we will contact you on the telephone number that you have provided to try to resolve with you the issue preventing us from accepting your order.

If you have placed your order through our site, after we receive your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order, usually in minutes. If you do not receive an email, contact us before you try to place another order for the same merchandise. You should note that the email that we send to you confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Our contract will be concluded and Savelli Religious will only be deemed to have accepted your order (or any part of your order) once the requested merchandise has been shipped and we have sent a shipment confirmation email to you confirming that all or part of the merchandise ordered is still available and has been shipped. 

The contract will only relate to that part of the order of merchandise which has actually been shipped and no contract will have been created in respect of any merchandise which you may have ordered which we were unable to ship. 

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the prices and other information about merchandise on our site are accurate. If an error relates to merchandise for which you have placed an order, we may reject your order. If we reject your order because of an error, we will notify you at the email address or, if you placed your order over the telephone, the telephone number that you have provided to us and ask you whether you would like to re-submit your order to purchase the relevant merchandise once we have corrected the error.

If we have notified you that we have accepted your order, you will not be required to pay more than the price that was displayed on our site at the time that you placed your order for the merchandise that You have requested, and if we have sent you merchandise which is different from the description of the relevant merchandise on our site at the time that you placed your order, you will also have the right to return it. Please see the terms of our return and exchange policy listed below.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

After receiving your order, we will check that the relevant products are in stock. The inclusion of any merchandise on our site does not imply, warrant or guarantee that the merchandise will be available if you wish to place an order to purchase it.

We will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about merchandise displayed on our site, for example information about prices, description or the availability of merchandise and we may do so without first giving you notice of the changes.

  1. PREORDERS

Some products on savellireligious.com are available for pre-order purchase. By placing a pre-order, you express your intention to purchase an item before it is actually available. This process allows you to secure the product in advance.

You can cancel your pre-order within the first 24 hours of placing it. This time frame is provided to accommodate any changes of mind or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that after this initial 24-hour period, cancellations will not be accepted and the order will be considered final.

While we make every effort to meet estimated shipping dates, they are subject to changes. Pre-order items are usually shipped in about 20 business days. In the case that Savelli Religious is unable to fulfill the order in this timeframe, it still reserves a maximum of 90 days for order fulfillment, at the end of which time if the Customer has not received the pre-ordered item he/she may request a refund of the total amount paid for the purchase.

Please consider that, except for orders not filled within 90 business days, no cancellations will be accepted outside the time-frame of 24 business hours. 


Due to the unique nature of pre-order products, we do not accept returns once the product has shipped. Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours will be promptly processed.

By proceeding with the pre-order process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing a pre-order on our website.

  1. CUSTOMIZATION

At Savelli Religious you can request customization with engraving on certain items purchased through our website. Names, dates or generally short inscriptions are allowed for engraving. If it is not possible to accomplish the requested personalization, Savelli Religious will contact the buyer to agree on a more suitable solution for the case.

The cost for engraving per item is €40. 

For items with customization, Savelli Religious reserves approximately ten (10) additional business days for delivery. In the event that the personalized item also has a request for a blessing, the time may be extended by three (3) or four (4) business days. In case of delays that are beyond our control, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

You can cancel your customized order within the first 24 hours of placing it. This time frame is provided to accommodate any changes of mind or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that after this initial 24-hour period, cancellations will not be accepted and the order will be considered final.

Before proceeding with a custom order, please note that you will not be able to return or request a refund on engraved items.

  1. CUSTOMER INITIATED ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Customers can make changes to their order or cancel it at any time before it is shipped, except for pre-order and custom orders which can be canceled only within 24 hours after payment for the order.

To change an order, please contact us by phone or send us an email. If the order has already been processed, the customer may only request in cases where provided for a refund or exchange of goods; refer to the terms of our returns/exchanges policy described below.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

It is possible to check the progress of the shipment status directly from the shipment confirmation email, or on the website of the courier company with which it was shipped.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Savelli Religious ships internationally to all countries covered by UPS, FedEx and DHL couriers. The courier for shipping will be chosen at our discretion based on factors such as geographical coverage and delivery times. If your country of origin is not on the list of countries Savelli Religious ship to, please contact us at info@savellireligious.com to verify shipping service coverage. Savelli Religious reserves the choice not to ship to certain countries if we deem it necessary.

Please note that we cannot:

  • Deliver your order to a freight forwarding company; 
  • Deliver to a P.O. Box;
  • Deliver to APO or FPO;

If you provide shipping information such as the above, we reserve the right to contact you at the email you provided during purchase to request an alternate delivery address. If the user is unable to provide it, we will cancel the order at our discretion.

Shipping charges depend on the weight-volume of the package, the country to which the goods are shipped, and the shipping time required. Shipping costs are automatically processed at checkout based on the information above.

Some shipping areas are marked by the carrier as Remote Area. This means that the delivery address is in an underserved area, which is why a delivery surcharge is required. Savelli Religious doesn’t know in advance whether or not an address belongs to a remote area. If your address does belong to a remote area, please note that an extra-charge will be required. In this case you will be promptly contacted by Savelli Religious.

In case Customers don't agree to pay the extra-charge, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Merchandise that we deliver to you will become your property at the time that you receive it. As soon as we have delivered the merchandise to you, you will become responsible for it, and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.

Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address as we do not assume any responsibility in case of loss of the merchandise or damage during transport.

As for the packing: Each package is designed so as not to cause any damage to the goods transported. The merchandise will be in a special wrapping paper or styrofoam.

In case of non-delivery, Savelli Religious assumes no liability due to customs restrictions present in the countries receiving our shipments. At a time when the package will return to sender Savelli Art and Tradition srl undertakes to return to sender the full amount paid for the purchase without the shipping costs of both return and shipping of the package.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

We reserve the right to vary the price of our merchandise at any time, except for orders already confirmed by sending the shipment confirmation email.
Prices on Savelli Religious are monitored regularly but it is possible to encounter a change or error in the price when you place an order. In this case we will contact you to verify that you still intend to proceed with the purchase by applying the correct price. In the event of your confirmation, please note that this does not imply an obligation on the part of Savelli Religious to supply the item(s) in your order until the shipping confirmation email is sent.

In the case of shipments made by Savelli Religious to countries outside the Eurozone or US, it is possible a surcharge to be paid by the buyer related to customs costs. These costs will be calculated according to the current import regulations of your country.
Carrier will provide a customs broker to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes and that broker will also be acting as our agent in relation to the merchandise that is being delivered. Savelli Religious is not responsible for any of the notices of customs charges, and you must arrange for customs clearance of the package yourself and payment of any customs charges where applicable.

You may pay for your order using either a credit card or prepaid debit card from American Express, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay. Savelli Religious also accepts PayPal, Klarna or Bank Transfer.

If you cancel an order you will receive a refund on the same payment method you used for purchase and within three (3) to five (5) working days from the date of cancellation.

The Euro is the official currency adopted by www.savellireligious.com, so other currency prices should always be considered indicative. Savelli Religious not be held responsible for any change of currency is in excess and in defect.

  1. DISCOUNT CODES

If the Customer has received a discount code, may apply it to their purchase if the order in question meets the requirements of the discount code. To apply a promotional code, you must enter the code at checkout before finalizing the order. Please note that a discount code cannot be applied to orders that have already been paid for. 

Percentage-based discount codes can be combined with promotions related to free shipping when active, but cannot be used at the same time as other percentage-based discount codes. 

Codes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit. In addition, discount codes are applicable exclusively on the www.savellireligious.com website and will not be available for use in our physical stores. 

There may be specific product exclusions; please see the promo code details for information on excluded items.

  1. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION / RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you ordered, you may cancel or return it to us for an exchange or a refund. 

This applies to all products with the exception of pre-order and custom items, which, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellation of an unprocessed order

Customers have the flexibility to cancel their orders at any point prior to shipment, with the exception of pre-order and custom orders, which can only be canceled within 24 hours of order payment. To request an order cancellation please reach out to us via phone or email.

Customers will be refunded the total amount including shipping costs. 

In instances where the order has been processed, customers may only request a refund or exchange in accordance with the terms outlined in our returns/exchanges policy below.

Cancellation of a processed order

It is not possible under any circumstances to cancel an order that has already been shipped. In order to have a refund, the Customer must wait for delivery and avail themselves, if applicable, to the right of withdrawal below. 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reasons within fourteen (14) days from the date the goods were physically received at the shipping address given at the time of purchase. No returns will be accepted beyond this time frame.

You will have to inform us with a clear statement by mail to Savelli Arte e Tradizione srl Web Department, Via San Liberio 17/19, 00165, Rome, Italy by e-mail to info@savellireligious.com, by calling us at 0039 06 631164, by sending us a notice in the "Contact Us" section of the site, or you can e-mail or mail us the completed right of withdrawal form found at the end of this file (but you are not obliged to use this form). 

Refunds for non-Faulty Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with any merchandise that you have received, or we have emailed you to confirm that your order has been processed but you would like to cancel it, you may request a refund by: sending the merchandise back to Savelli Arte e Tradizione srl Web Department, Via San Liberio 17/19, 00165, Roma, Italia, emailing us at info@savellireligious.com or calling us at 0039 06 68307017. If you call or email us, we will still need you to return the merchandise to us.

You should note that we cannot process your refund if you return merchandise purchased online by visiting one of our stores or by post to one of our stores. 

You need to keep merchandise for which you have requested a refund in your possession and take reasonable care of it until it is returned to us. You can exercise the Right of Withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date that the merchandise is received. Refund will be issued on the same payment method made for the purchase.

Please note that all the shipping costs for return and any customs charges will be at Customer’s charge. If Savelli Religious incurs any cost, it will be deducted from the total refund.

To receive a refund you must provide the order number, or information associated with the order to identify the order number, so that we can locate the purchase in our system and provide a refund to the original payment type. Returns of merchandise without proof of purchase will not be purchased.


Please note that a refund will be issued on the same payment method made for the purchase only after Savelli Religious has received the merchandise, and verified that it is suitable for resale. In case the items are not suitable for resale, we reserve the right not to refund the Customer.
The refund will be the cost of the merchandise excluding shipping costs incurred in shipping.


In addition, a refund will not be processed if you return merchandise purchased online by returning it to one of our stores or by mail to one of our stores.

Refunds for Faulty Merchandise

If you wish to return for a refund merchandise that is defective or does not match the merchandise purchased or develops a defect within 14 days of receipt, you may email us at info@savellireligious.com or call us at 0039 06 631164. When you call or email us, we will ask you to email, chat or mail a photograph of the defective, damaged or mismatched merchandise. 

If you call or e-mail us to request a refund, we may ask you to return the goods to us before we can process your refund.

Note that we cannot process your refund if you return merchandise purchased online by visiting one of our stores or by mailing it to one of our stores.

When you return merchandise to us, remember to include details of why you believe the merchandise is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our site.

Once we receive the goods and confirm that they are defective, damaged, or do not match the description on our site, we will refund the cost of the goods and any shipping charges paid by you. If you show us how much it costs to return the goods to us, we will refund the cost of return shipping charges. We will normally credit the refund to the payment card or PayPal account used to pay for the goods within approximately fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the goods. Please note that in order to receive a refund, you must provide the order number or information associated with the order to identify the order number so that we can locate the purchase in our system and provide a refund to the original payment type.

If we examine the goods you have returned to us and, in our reasonable opinion, do not consider them to be defective, you will not be entitled to a refund and we will return the goods to you. This provision does not exclude your legal rights in this regard.

Merchandise exchange of an unprocessed order

If there is a difference between the price of the merchandise to be exchanged and the price of the requested replacement merchandise, we will refund or ask the Customer to bear the costs for the difference.

Merchandise exchange of a processed order

The customer has the option to request an exchange of merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receiving the package, except for pre-order and custom orders.
If you wish to exchange merchandise you have received from us, you may do so by sending the merchandise to Savelli Arte e Tradizione srl web Department, Via San Liberio 17/19, 00165, Rome, Italy. If you wish to exchange a defective, damaged or mismatched merchandise on our site, you may also email us at info@savellireligious.com, or call us at 0039 06 68307017. If you call or email us to request an exchange, we may ask you to return the merchandise to us before we can process it.
Note that you cannot process an exchange if you replace merchandise purchased online by visiting one of our stores or by mailing it to one of our stores.
The merchandise must be in resalable condition and must be exchanged in its original packaging, if applicable. When you return merchandise to us, you must also include details of the new items you wish to purchase.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will make the exchange and send you the new requested merchandise.

Note that return and shipping costs will all be at Customer's charge. If there is a difference between the price of the returned merchandise and the price of the requested replacement merchandise, we will refund or require the Customer to pay the costs for the difference.


In case of exchange for defective merchandise, a photograph of the defective, damaged, or mismatched merchandise may be sent when calling or emailing. Only in the case of an exchange for defective merchandise will all return and shipping costs be borne by Savelli Religious.
If there is a difference between the price of the returned merchandise and the price of the requested replacement merchandise we will refund or ask the Customer to bear the costs for the difference in the merchandise only.

  1. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

Nothing in these Sale Terms will exclude or limit our liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury or any other liability which the law states may not be excluded or limited. We will not be liable to you under a contract for: any loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill; or any loss or corruption of or damage to data; or any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either our breach of a contract or our breach of our legal duty of care. Loss or damage is "reasonably foreseeable" if, at the time that we and you entered into a contract, such loss was either contemplated by us and you or you notified us that the loss may occur if we breached the contract or our legal duty of care.

Nothing in these Sale Terms will affect your statutory rights.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order through our site, you will be providing us with your personal information. We will use your personal information to process your order and deliver the merchandise ordered and for other limited purposes. Our collection and use of your personal information will be carried out subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

 

  1. GENERAL TERMS

The contract between you and us is governed by the law of Italy. If either you or we do not enforce or delay enforcing any of our rights under a contract, this will not stop us from doing so at a later date.

If any provision of a contract is not valid or legally enforceable, that term will be deleted and the remaining terms will not be affected.

No party other than you or us has any right to enforce any term of a contract.
