Savelli Religious ships to all countries covered by UPS, FedEx and DHL couriers.
The courier for shipping will be chosen at our discretion based on factors such as geographical coverage and delivery times.
To ensure the secure delivery of any order, Savelli Religious does not ship orders to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO shipping address. In such cases, you will be contacted at your email address to provide an alternate delivery address.
Free shipping is provided on orders over € 500.00.

USA & Canada: 2/3 working days
Oceania: 2/3 working days
South America: 3/4 working days
Asia: 3/4 working days
Europe: 1/2 working days
Italy: 1/2 working days

Orders placed before 3:00PM-Italy Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day. Delivery is not available for Saturday, Sunday and public holidays as per the Italian calendar.

For each country different charges apply. In the shopping cart there is the possibility to calculate the shipping costs by entering Country, State and Zip Code.

Remote Area

Some shipping areas are marked by the carrier as Remote Area. This means that the delivery address is in an underserved area, which is why a delivery surcharge is charged.
Unfortunately, we cannot know in advance whether or not an address belongs to a remote area. However, if your address does belong to a remote area, you will be promptly contacted by Savelli Religious about bearing the difference on shipping costs. 

In case you do not wish to incur the payment, you may request cancellation of your order if it meets the requirements for cancellation.

Blessing schedule:

Please consider that shipping times for orders with blessing requests depend on the schedule of papal audiences, so it may take an additional 2-4 days for delivery of blessed items.

Customizations:

Please consider 10 additional business days for delivery of engraved items.

Custom duties & charges:

There are no customs fees for orders shipped to United States and Eurozone countries such as: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

However, some territories are exceptions since are not part of the Eurozone, such as: United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Canary Islands, Principality of Andorra, Principality of Monaco, Republic of San Marino and the French Overseas Departments (DOM - Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Reunion).

Customers are responsible for any such charges, and shipping terms may vary based on the destination country, with standard shipping rates applying.

For the rest of the world, customs duties are charged to the customer.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you ordered, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

The only articles that cannot be returned are all consumable items, such as candles, personalized items (e.g. engraved medals), pre-order items and Advent calendars.
